I am painting Saints throughout October! I really wanted to start painting again and knew committing to this would be something I loved and would be really excited about! About this drawing:

This is my all time favorite story of Saint Teresa of Avila. She was walking through the convent one day and she saw this little boy. He asked her, “Who are you?” And she said “I am Teresa of Jesus. Who are you?” And he responded, “I am Jesus of Teresa.”

I always imagined her giving him a big hug after this. Can you imagine though? So powerful!
